<p><strong>Job Title: </strong><em>Corporate Finance Intern</em></p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> 17725 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are preparing for our 2024 summer internship season. </p><p>This entry level opportunity will serve in our Finance team and report to the Senior Financial Analyst. They will contribute to our culture of accurate, efficient and actionable financial reporting. This will include assisting in the creation of key financial statements, performing key financial analysis, auditing data integrity, ad hoc analysis, and partnership with business partners in other CBAC functions. </p><p>We are looking for a hardworking, positive person with energy, enthusiasm and integrity, who can work in a fast-paced environment. To successfully fulfill the role, the Finance Intern will need to:</p><ul><li>Be a self starter, teachable</li><li>Contribute to the positive culture of CBA</li><li>Communicate often, clearly, politely, and with intentionality</li><li>Work well in a team</li><li>Be diligent in maintaining assigned responsibilities</li><li>Be comfortable researching a solution (if there is no documentation)</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the creation of key financial statements such as the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement</li><li>Audit financial data to ensure a high level of accuracy and quality</li><li>Assist in the reporting and presentation process of monthly and quarterly reports</li><li>Work closely with the Home Office departments to contribute to a culture of trust, partnership, and open communication</li><li>Support other members of the Finance Team including the Treasury Manager and the Franchise Transition and Renewals Manager with forecasting models and other various assignments</li><li>Work closely with the Loan & Insurance Specialist to support with loan application and insurance processes</li><li>Organize and catalog standard operating procedures for key financial tasks and responsibilities</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines</li><li>Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications
