The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest</li><li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li><li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li><li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest&#xa0;concerns quickly and effectively</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate&#xa0;&#xa0;concerns&#xa0;</li><li>Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years in high level diagnostic work</li><li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve,&#xa0;Master L1, A Tech preferred</li><li>Proficiency with electrical diagnostics and ability to read schematics</li><li>Ability to produce 50-60 hours per week</li><li>A desire for long-term career development</li><li>Must be able to work on and diagnose all makes and models</li><li>Must have own toolbox and tools</li><li>Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>Low comeback rate</li><li>Ability to be a team player and help all technicians grow and learn</li><li>Coachability from peers and supervisors</li><li>Positive can-do attitude</li><li>High level of proficiency with technology</li><li>Familiarity with various manufacturer softwares and scan tools</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate steps of work done on vehicles through electronic meansPositive attitude and a desire to serve guest</li><li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li><li>Professional appearance and strong communication</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li><li>Must be able to stand for most of the shift</li><li>Must be able to crouch, squat, and kneel for short periods of time</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li><li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li></ul>
