We appreciate our Technicians, We do everything we can to help them do what they do best every day.&#xa0; (I.E. Parts are delivered to our techs on arrival.) Techs are the backbone of our industry and should be appreciated and treated well.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>2. We have an all-star crew already that is willing to help each other figure out tough problems. Of the 5 techs currently on our team there is a combined 140+ years of experience.&#xa0; We haven't had a tech leave (other than go to another CBA) in over 5 years.</strong></p><p><strong>7. Our service advisors are 1st class and are specifically assigned to each tech so every tech always has someone to go to that knows whats going on.&#xa0; Our Newest Service advisor has over 3 years of experience.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>8. This is more than a job for me, its personal. This is what I do, its's my blood, sweat, and tears. Over the last 21 years I have done every job in this shop. I started working for my father 17 years ago and bought the store when he retired 4 years ago. Since then our sales have continued to grow and now we rank in the top 10% of all CBA Locations. I care deeply about this business and its people. Our Manager, Tim, has also been here since we opened and shares my passion for this business.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>9. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests</li><li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li><li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li><li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest&#xa0;concerns quickly and effectively</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate&#xa0;&#xa0;concerns&#xa0;</li><li>Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li></ul>
