The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests&#xa0;</li><li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li><li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li><li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest&#xa0;concerns quickly and effectively</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest&#xa0;concerns&#xa0;</li><li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests</li><li>5+ automotive repair experience is required: diagnostics, drivability, suspension</li><li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li><li>Flexible and Focused on maintaining a high level of guest&#xa0;satisfaction</li><li>Excel at diagnostics and drive-ability problems</li><li>ASE Master Technician with 10 years of experience preferred</li><li>European vehicle experience preffered</li><li>Have the drive to and the ability to turn 50-60 hours per week</li><li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li><li>Ability to quickly master factory scan tools</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li><li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li></ul>
