This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will report to the Senior Messaging and Communications Specialist, and will offer the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership team members on important company initiatives. </p><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven and conscientious person, with positivity and enthusiasm and integrity. Our business is built upon the foundation of loving your neighbor, and we’re looking for an individual who not only has the skills to succeed, but the character and personality to fit in with our beloved company culture. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><em>Drafting weekly & monthly newsletters</em></li><li><em>Drafting monthly social media content for Facebook and Linkedin</em></li><li><em>Maintaining subscriber lists on email and texting platforms</em></li><li><em>Reviewing and publishing content on company intranet</em></li><li><em>Simple, internal email building and scheduling</em></li><li><em>Drafting and scheduling text blasts to internal audiences</em></li><li><em>Assisting with custom copywriting/editing requests from Franchisees and Home Office team members </em></li><li><em>Occasional fulfillment support as needed </em></li><li><em>Simple graphic design support as needed (not required but preferred) </em></li><li><em>Maintaining communications task list for store ownership transitions</em></li></ul>

Qualifications
