The technicians we are looking for must seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest</li><li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li><li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li><li>Honestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturer's maintenance recommendations</li><li>Maintain professionalism while&#xa0;addressing all customer concerns&#xa0;</li><li>Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate them to the customer's needs</li><li>Politely and professionally communicate cause and correction for our guest concerns regarding their vehicle</li><li>Complete wheel and tire replacements as needed</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>Responsible for keeping&#xa0;the&#xa0;branded repair vehicle clean and presentable at all times</li><li>Master MFG-level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions are provided by CBA)</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Positive attitude and a desire to serve our guest</strong></li><li>5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li><li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li><li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li><li>Meet or exceed hourly goals</li><li>Must have sufficient knowledge of traffic laws, understand them and follow them</li><li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li><li>Professional appearance and strong communication</li><li>A desire for long-term career development</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li><li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li></ul>
